Kenya is already well on the path to a green technology nation with more than 60 % of its electricity use coming from renewable sources; hydro, geothermal, wind and solar.
Kenya has put great effort into progressing its commitment to renewable energy, an example of which is the recently launched Lake Turkana Wind Power project, Africa’s largest wind energy project accounting for the largest public-private investment.
