As we come to the end of 2020, I wish to thank you, on behalf of the Kenya National Convention Bureau (KNCB) Board of Directors and Management for walking with us throughout this year.

Fostering strong partnerships with our stakeholder communities (public and private sector ) has and continues to be an important function for the bureau. In our first year of establishment, we have engaged both virtually and face-to-face, sharing Kenya’s MICE Blueprint 2030, our strategic roadmap for the upcoming decade through the vision and stewardship of Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife, Hon. Najib Balala. We have laid a strong foundation for the bureau that will hold the destination in good standing to maximize the opportunities that the sector presents.

May I take this opportunity to thank you for your valued resilience to the challenges of this past year, and for your ongoing support and contribution towards making Kenya Africa’s most innovative and best performing MICE industry. It is through our strong partnership that we are able to celebrate the achievements and milestones of 2020.
